Path to bundled SUIT flatmap surface

Returns the path to the SUIT flatmap surface file (tpl-SUIT_flat.surf.gii) shipped with ggseg.extra. This is the standard 2D representation of the cerebellar cortex from the Diedrichsen Lab SUIT template.
